GoHire
The Operational Insights tool for recruiters and heads of recruiting, providing a comprehensive view of candidate pipelines. Users can slice and dice the pipeline by parameters such as recruiter, region, role, sourcing type, and time spent. Additionally, it features dashboards displaying hiring targets versus actuals and projections, enhancing efficiency, decision-making, and accountability in the recruitment process.

GoHire was an indispensable tool for 80% of the recruiting function, serving as their daily personal dashboard. It empowered recruiters to track progress, prioritize tasks, report to managers, and drive efficiency during standups, making it a critical component for managing and optimizing their day-to-day operations. Compass
This product serves as a single touchpoint for recruiters and recruiting heads to effortlessly gather, analyze, and act on candidate feedback. By automating manual processes, it provides a systematic approach to understanding feedback, enabling data-driven improvements that enhance the candidate experience. The tool sends targeted feedback surveys based on the candidate's region and the hiring stage they exited, ensuring relevant insights. With multi-language support and accessibility features, it provides a seamless candidate experience. It empowers teams to implement efficient, impactful changes, ultimately leading to a smoother recruitment journey for all stakeholders.
BI Dashboards
Suite had an Integrated set of dashboards to analyse and improve interviewer load, recruiter productivity, candidate experience, diversity acceleration, and more.
Recruiter Productivity dashboard: Enabled regional and global heads of recruiting to understand the productivity of all recruiters and support them effectively. Candidate feedback, stagnant candidates, cycle time, candidate diversity etc for each recruiter were some of the KPIs in the dashboard
Interviewer load dashboard: Enabled regional and global heads of recruiting to understand interviewer contribution from various accounts and improve recruiting contribution of the accounts by partnering the account leadership teams
Candidate Diversity dashboard: The candidate diversity dashboard enables recruiting heads to analyse diversity in the candidate pipeline, focusing on W+UGM. It provides insights by recruiter, region, role, and grade, helping strategise effectively to attract diverse candidates, resulting in a 40% WUGM representation in the organization, with a next goal to achieve this proportion at lead and principal grades.
Candidate Experience dashboard: The candidate experience dashboard allows heads of recruiting to slice and dice candidate feedback across dimensions such as recruiter, region, role, and gender, helping identify root causes of issues. This insight is crucial for addressing high offer rejection rates and attracting talent in the competitive IT industry.

Refer
Refer empowers Thoughtworks employees to refer candidates for the recruitment process, significantly enhancing engagement. It has successfully increased the referral application proportion from approximately 25% to 40%, streamlining talent acquisition efforts.
JD Generator
This tool automates the job description (JD) creation process based on region, role, and grade, allowing recruiters to refine the content further. Additionally, it streamlines the auditing of JDs for heads of recruiting, enhancing overall efficiency in the recruitment process.
Mars Air
This application was created as a screening tool for candidates applying for the Quality Analyst role at ThoughtWorks. It automatically evaluates candidate performance on the exercise and provides autogenerated feedback, which recruiters and hiring panelists can use to guide the interview process effectively.
