Global Demand forecasting tool
Analysed and developed a standardised demand forecasting tool for the FP&A, Heads of demand and Demand Analytics teams, transforming a previously spreadsheet-driven, non-standardized process into an integrated, scalable solution. This initiative enhanced the accuracy and reliability of global demand forecasts by 25%. The new system also streamlined data roll-ups and drill-downs, enabling more efficient and consistent forecasting across all regions.(Numbers are masked considering sensitivity of the information)
Supply estimation tool
Analysed and proposed a standardized forecasting tool for the Head of Supply Operations, transforming the previously spreadsheet-driven, non-standardized process for PS projects into a streamlined system. This tool enabled effective supply forecasting across regions, significantly improving the efficiency of rolling up and drilling down data, thereby enhancing decision-making capabilities and operational consistency.
Operational Insights
As a Business Analyst for Operational Insights, I worked in a cross-functional team to develop solutions that enhanced transparency across Thoughtworks. We created a tool that provided visibility into key organizational metrics, such as utilization, revenue, client gross margin, and demand-supply gap, accessible to all employees, fostering a culture of openness and data-driven decision-making.
